Greg is a Sr. Brokerage Manager with KAFL. Prior to joining KAFL in 2005 he worked as a registered rep for New England Financial for 4 years. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Brockport with a B.S. in Political Science. Greg holds several responsibilities including assisting insurance professionals in all aspects of the sales process, including financial and medical underwriting, advanced sales topics and product selection, as well as managing a growing sales team.

Eric came to KAFL in September 2012, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in the insurance industry. Once he had completed his Bachelors Degree in Financial Planning, he began his profession in a local career agency where he learned the necessary tools which built the framework of the business he does today. Deciding that he would like to take a more consultative approach to his career; he began working as a Broker Manager at KAFL, supporting advisors and agents with designing, marketing and implementing wealth transfer strategies.

Dana DeLuca, ACS, ALMI
Dana began her career at KAFL in 2008 with a background in advertising and corporate project management. She has been active in the insurance industry for over 10 years.
Originally a Case Manager at KAFL for 8+ years, Dana developed a collaborative approach to working with agents and specializes in building strong, supportive partnerships. As a Brokerage Manager, she is a dedicated problem-solver who strives to develop creative marketing solutions and opportunities for agents as they work to cultivate their client relationships and build their book of business.

Chuck joined KAFL as a Brokerage Manager in January of 2017. He brings with him 12 years of financial services experience. Chuck found early success in personal production with New York Life that led to leadership roles with New York Life, Guardian and MassMutual. Throughout his time in the industry, Chuck has found that he has a passion for helping advisors grow and develop their practices. As a Brokerage Manager, Chuck is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with insurance producers, wealth managers, and P&C agencies. He will work with you to identify opportunities in your practice and then provide creative strategies that will help you to further enhance your relationship with your clients.
Chuck enjoys sports, fishing, and spending time with his family. He lives in Greece, New York with his wife Megan and his daughters Elizabeth, Hannah, Madelyn, and Charlotte.

Jeanine joined KAFL in 2003 and has 20+ years experience in the insurance industry. She has her bachelors degree from SUNY Oswego and her ACS & ALMI designations through LOMA.
Jeanine is excited to be a part of KAFL’s marketing team, specializing in Medicare. She enjoys training agents that want to offer Medicare guidance to their clients and helping them build that part of their business. She recognizes that not only is this a way for our advisors to increase their revenue, but is a way of providing a service to people trying to make their way through the Medicare maze.
Jeanine is a longtime resident of Irondequoit and enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her two adult sons.
Jesus (pronounced hay-soos) recently joined KAFL as a Brokerage Manager and is working out of Doylestown, PA, to assist our team in the growth and development of the Philadelphia region. He began his career in the insurance industry in 1998 with Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he held numerous roles in customer service, case management, product development, advanced sales marketing and also personal production. He moved into brokerage for the past few years and is excited for the opportunity to expand on his passion for Life Insurance and assist advisors in growing their businesses through advanced concepts and education. He looks forward to helping advisors tap into the underutilized benefits of Life Insurance and assisting them in uncovering needs that have historically been overlooked.

Wynn recently joined KAFL as a Brokerage Manager and is based out of the Orlando, FL area, assisting us in growing our support and services in the Central Florida region. He has been in the financial services industry for over thirty years. The first twelve years Wynn spent wholesaling life, health, property and casualty insurance and lending related products to credit unions, rising to a Regional Sales Manager of a three state territory. He then built a financial planning practice from scratch with Waddell & Reed and American Express Financial Advisors. After selling the practice, Wynn joined State Farm for fifteen years as a wholesaler, trainer, and training manager working with mutual funds, life, health, and banking products.
Wynn has his MBA degree and fifteen professional designations including CFP®, ChFC, CASL, CLU, LUTCF, FLMI, RHU, LTCP, REBC, and CPCU. He is active in professional organizations having served as president of his local NAIFA association and chapter of Society of Financial Service Professionals. He has a strong passion for continued education, training and coaching so he looks forward to utilizing these skills to assist advisors within their practices.
